Good morning,
Your bus route was involved in a minor accident this morning. A passenger vehicle slid into the back of the bus behind the wheels. We have had the nurses check all students for injuries and none have reported any, but we will continue to monitor them as the day goes on. All safety procedures and protocols were administered as required.
Good morning NAC families! This message is being sent to remind everyone to be careful when traveling on roadways impacted by winter conditions, and encourage an extra degree of caution when traveling near school buses at all times throughout the year. This morning, one of our buses was involved in a very minor accident with a pedestrian vehicle as a result of the road conditions. The pedestrian vehicle lightly impacted our school bus, and fortunately no injuries were experienced by our students or staff on the bus. In fact, our bus driver reported that he wasn't positive that the students on the bus knew anything had happened until protocols were followed after the incident. Please use this as a reminder to maintain safe speeds and distancing at all times, but especially on roads impacted by winter weather. It is also important to always remember to slow down when you see a school buses yellow lights and to stop at a safe distance from all school buses when their red flashing lights are on. Thank you for your cooperation and please be careful out there.

Good morning NAC families and staff! Yesterday afternoon a student made a threat to blow up the school while riding home on the bus. This threat as all threats must be taken very seriously, so the administrative team began a joint investigation with the New York State Police. Late last evening, the New York State Police completed their investigation and informed us that the threat was deemed a non-credible threat. We are thankful that this was the case, however we are concerned with how common these type of threats have become. Thank you for your continued support, and know that we will continue to collaborate with law enforcement in an effort to maintain the safest environment that we can.
Good evening NAC families and staff, tomorrow Route 6 PM run will be a second run. Please allow upto a 60 minute delay in drop off of your students. If you are able to pick your kids up please notify the respective office. Sorry for the inconvenience.
