Ozobot Winners

Students in Mrs. Gregory's sixth grade class recently demonstrated their programming prowess using Ozobot robots in an exciting classroom challenge. The project involved planning and executing a program to navigate a 50 cm racetrack, integrating skills in measurement, sequencing, and debugging. Over the course of the week, the students meticulously designed their racetracks, ensuring their Ozobots could follow the path with precision.

The competition culminated in a thrilling race day, where students watched their Ozobots navigate the tracks, hoping their coding skills would lead them to victory. Kendall LeClair emerged as the first-place winner, with her Ozobot completing the track in record time. Close behind, Kinsley Trombley took second place, while Ryan Martin secured third place with a commendable performance.

Mrs. Gregory praised the students' efforts, highlighting the importance of hands-on learning in understanding complex STEM concepts. This innovative use of Ozobot robots has set a new standard for interactive learning in the classroom.
